For Outlook on Windows and the Web:
Open Outlook.
Prepare the email as you usually draft it.
Rather than clicking Send, click the drop-down arrow beside it. You will then see Schedule Send.

For Outlook on Mac:

If you are a Windows Outlook user, your emails are in the Draft folder.
