Thermal Imaging of Switchboards
Thermal imaging is a non-invasive diagnostic technique that allows us to visualize and quantify changes in the surface temperature of electrical equipment. It is a process of using an infrared camera to provide visual imagery of surface temperature variances on your switchboard. The imagery is mapped and color-coded to identify hot and cold areas of the switchboard. Hot areas are indicators of a potential fault due to excessive friction or resistance.
