A backdated version of the Connection Manager is another very prevalent cause of the Connection Manager problem. It is easier to deal with the operating system if you have the most recent version. To install the most recent version of the Connection Manager, you must first remove the previous version and then reinstall the new one.

The following is a step-by-step procedure that will assist you in resolving the issue. By clicking on the star and selecting settings from the menu, you may uninstall the existing Connection manager. After accessing settings, you'll see the "Apps" option; click it to see a list of all the apps on your computer. Locate HP Connection Manager in the list and use the right-click menu to uninstall it.
