Hello all! For the past two years I have embarked on a fitness journey with special attention on weightlifting and general well being. However, of late, I have begun to come across a lot of talk about steroid use – this is especially true for some of my friends in the gym. Now I understand what they do and the benefits they make, though I must say that I am a little worried because they come with a stigma as well.
