Advice Needed on Choosing the Right HVAC System for Office Space

Hi everyone,

I’m currently in the process of setting up a small office space (around 1,200 sq. ft) and need some guidance on selecting the right HVAC system. I’ve come across various options like ducted systems, split systems, and even VRF setups, but I’m not sure which would be the most energy-efficient and cost-effective for a space this size.

The office will have around 10-12 people working full-time, so maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the day is important. I’m also curious about noise levels, ease of maintenance, and how zoning can help manage different areas more efficiently.

If anyone here has experience with recent installations or can recommend reliable brands or models suited for office use in Australia’s climate, I’d really appreciate your input.

I’m also exploring smart thermostats and systems that can integrate with our building management software.

Looking forward to your expert advice!

While researching building automation, I also stumbled across topics like Machine Learning Interview Questions, which are quite fascinating in how AI is being integrated into HVAC management systems!

Looking forward to your expert advice!

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards,

Darcie
