What Documents Are Required for a Fire NOC Certificate?

To obtain the Fire NOC (No Objection Certificate) for your building, you must submit the following documents to the fire department:


  1. Two copies of building plans, including:

  • Key Plan

  • Floor Plan

  • Floor-wise Fire Fighting Plan

  • All Fire Fighting Plan

  • Front Elevation

  • Side Elevation

  • Typical Floor Plan

  • Site Plan

  • Floor-Wise Plan

  1. Project Report

  2. Building Stability Certificate

  3. Architecture Checklist Certificate

  4. Address Proof

  5. Photograph of the building (exterior view)

  6. Electronic Wiring Certificate from a recognized agency

Ensure all documents are complete and accurate to facilitate the smooth processing of your Fire NOC application.
