Who should not take Actilis 20mg?

Actilis 20mg is not suitable for everyone. Men with serious heart conditions, such as recent heart attack, unstable angina, severe hypertension, or heart failure, should avoid this medication. It should also not be taken by individuals who are on nitrate-based medications (commonly prescribed for chest pain) or certain blood pressure drugs, as the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. People with severe liver or kidney disease should consult their doctor before using Actilis 20mg, as the body may struggle to metabolize the drug properly. Additionally, men with a history of priapism (prolonged erections), severe vision disorders, or bleeding disorders should discuss risks with their healthcare provider before taking this medication. Always inform your doctor about any existing medical conditions or medications you are taking to ensure Actilis 20mg is safe and appropriate for you. for more info click on Actilis 20mg
